Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience working with Christopher! He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the inspection process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I ultimately decided to go with their company for my new roof. I would definitely recommend Christopher to anyone needing roofing work!

M&M is very professional. The communication is outstanding. Automated messages let you know start dates, material delivery dates, etc. The crew worked on a brutally hot day replacing my roof, but were still able to knock it out in one day. No complaints.

I could not be more pleased with the recent window replacement M&M did for me on September 8th. The installation of the windows was flawless and the installers were not only professional and courteous, they cleaned up all the debris and left my home and property cleaner than it was prior to starting the project. I highly recommend using M&M for doors, windows, siding and roof repairs. I am planning on having them replace my remaining old windows in the near future. The whole M&M staff are exceptional to work with and very attentive to customer needs. The windows themselves are exceptional in quality, cost effective and beautiful to look at. Thank you M&M once again for improving the curb appeal of my property.

My overall experience has been excellent ! M & M has been my go to for several yrs.

Professional , efficient , easy financing , clean , punctual...Kudos to Ryan Kelley who's overseen each of my projects.

***...when it comes to reviews, I'm normally hesitant...because they're given on the front end void of the true test of time. So, here's an update : besides the roof, Gutters • Fascia • Soffit...limited warranty. 1- 2 yrs out , panels of the soffit out - I contacted
M&M , without hesitation they came out and seemingly fixed it...then it happened a couple more times - the exact same area and the same problem...unfortunately for me, the last time this occurred - it was outside of the warranty. I raised the issue that, considering that it was the same problem in the same area, something was missed and not addressed, and therefore that should be taken into consideration - it was not. I ended up paying someone else to look at it and explain to me why this problem was recurring...it was a bit disheartening to be told that whoever measured and or cut each panel, had done so a little on the short side. [ I do understand , whether it's an individual or Company - we do not always get it right...but what's more important to me is, when the error, or problem is presented...How It Is Handled ] ...***

Roofing...gutters...fascia

So here we are several months later ( June of 2020 ) - Once again M & M has done a fantastic job on my roof ( whole new roof )
as in the past they scheduled a day to do the project - gave me a reminder notification - clear instructions on what their crew needed for the project to be efficient and seamless and They Delivered !
The team was headed by Mr Aurelio Lopez
A 5 Star Crew in my book !
Mr Ryan Kelley has worked with me for 20+ yrs and has proven to be square * level * professional * cordial * and committed the whole while.

I think all that is left which I deeply desire is a market where cost and pricing reflects the needs of Senior Citizens and The Elderly and The Disabled who are on fixed incomes. Now that would move the needle from a 5 Star rating to a 10 Star rating 😎.

And no , I did not have to clean up behind the crew. Again...Thank you M & M.

Just an update : here we are 6 months later and neighbors are still complimenting the work M&M has done.
As for me , well I sleep peacefully at night knowing I have zero worries about my roof. Again - Thank you M&M for working with me throughout the process and thinking of me even after the work has been done. Always a shout out to Ryan Kelly. Seasons Greetings.

For the most recent update, go back to the top....

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This year, our area has experienced many storms, and the repeated rain has taken a toll on our roof. M & M offered a free inspection and estimate, and Jesse came out today to assess the damage. He was courteous, professional, and thorough throughout the inspection. At a time when quality customer service can be hard to find, Jesse arrived with a positive attitude, explained everything clearly, and provided an honest assessment. I commend M & M for their integrity, honesty, and excellent service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Full disclosure, I only booked the estimate. I have not had the service completed on my home yet. But I wanted to make a review about Juan. When I called to book my estimate he was calm, reassuring, professional , and competent. That is helpful when you are in distress and have to make emergency repairs. I am thankful for the customer service and look forward to them helping repair my home.

Verified My last review was for roof replacement. This time it is for soffit and fascia, then gutters... all separate teams. They were amazing again. Excellent workmanship and work ethics. This company has excellent employees who work well together and get the job done! The difference between this company and others is that they don't sub the installation out! The supervisor Dan was on all 3 jobs and was awesome in communications. Thank you all!!!!

Verified M&M did a great job. My wife and I were super impressed with the inspection. They were the only roofer to get into the attic to address my ventilation issue. When the crew showed up, they did a fast job and were finished in one day. I would reccommend them to anyone.

Verified From the very beginning, working with Anthony Dellamano and his team was an exceptional experience. I had reached out to several roofing companies--many with outstanding reviews--and while they were all professional, M&M stood out immediately.

Getting in touch with Anthony (and everyone from M&M) was incredibly easy. He was responsive, informative, and made everything feel comfortable--zero pressure- just genuine, honest guidance.

What really impressed me was the thoroughness of his approach. While other companies gave me quick quotes from a satellite image or just from a visual inspection, Anthony was the only one who actually went into my attic, got up on the roof, took detailed photos, and walked me through everything.

Most of the companies just focused on up selling my shingles- Anthony focused on what I asked for.

M&M set clear expectations from day one--and then exceeded every single one of them.

Not only did they stay true to the proposed timeline, but the work was also completed well ahead of schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

Anytime I had a question (no matter how small), Anthony or someone from his team would respond almost immediately.

The final result far surpassed what I had envisioned. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and incredibly well-managed.

If you're considering any kind of roofing or remodeling project, I can't recommend this company highly enough. Anthony Dellamano and his team are who you want--knowledgeable, trustworthy, and first rate, professional results. I recommend giving a call to M&M and don't forget to ask for Anthony - you won't regret it.

Verified I had numerous shingles missing from my 21 year old roof. Had tried numerous times to get insurance to approve a new roof to no avail!!!! I even had an insurance company drop me because of making 2 claims in 4 years. Then Rachel (from M&M) came to my door and told me that they could just replace all of the missing shingles!!!! No other company ever offered that option. They just offered to replace my roof for big bucks!!!! I was nervous that the new shingles would stand out like a sore thumb. The installer placed the shingles in a way that they blended in with the rest of my roof. I'm having a hard time figuring out where the new shingles were placed because it looks so good!!!!! Thank you M&M for a job well done
