I noticed the interior ceiling of my home showing signs of water damage. I discovered I needed some roof work done, and I didn't want a patch or a cover up, I wanted it done and done right. I looked online and researched a few companies but the warrantee from M&M is ultimately what won me over. After contacting the company with interest in a quote, our consultant came to discuss options with us and shared the scope of work for a complete new roof which would include some much needed ventilation options. We were sold, but still wanted to shop around to make sure we were getting the best deal. We definitely went back to M&M because of the customer service and the package we selected was too good to pass up on. The process was quick and our consultant went OUT OF HIS WAY to ensure our contract was signed and in place so that we could get the discount the company offered. The only timing issue we had was out of M&Ms hands. We ran into some weather delays for the delivery and instillation, but again, that's not their fault. Once the day arrived, the workers (approximately 6 people!) were ready to work at 7:30am and I kid you not, were DONE at 1:30pm. Done Done, like cleaned up and packed into the truck done. They cleaned up quickly and everything was back the way they found it. So far I haven't had any issues with the roof and am assured that if I do, the warranty will take care of it. All in all, I am satisfied with my interactions with the customer service team and the speed and efficiency with the working team.
