Our M&M Sales Consultants follow a thorough process that makes everything as simple as possible for the homeowner. We want our customers to understand all their options to make an educated decision on what is best for them, and our process ensures that they get all the information they need.
The first step we take is to meet with the homeowner and learn what their wants, needs, and concerns are regarding the work that needs to be done.
We don’t stop with a discussion, our next step is to look at the problem area and inspect the damage in person. We make sure to look over everything during the consultation since we know every project is unique. By walking through the area and taking photos we are able to document our assessment of what needs to be addressed.
There are many different factors at play for each individual project, so we like to take the time to look at all the little details. The Sales Consultant is the first person to evaluate the project, followed by the Measure Tech, and then the Installation crew, which is all double checked during the Final Inspection. Our proven process works so that the project keeps moving and everything is done properly.
After the assessment is complete we will sit down with the homeowner to discuss their options. One thing that we really value at M&M is communication, and we want our customers to have all the information they need to make the right decisions for their projects. When making a large purchase it is essential that our customers have complete confidence in their decision. During this time the homeowner can learn what type of products we use, why we use them, how we install them, and how we back our installs with the Strongest Warranties in the industry.
Once an agreement is established, the process begins of sales transmitting the project paperwork to the rest of the M&M team so that the project moves along in our proven process.
