What We’re Looking for:
- Exhibit impeccable craftsmanship
- Have at least one year of experience in residential window, roofing, or siding installation
- Positively represent our brand and uphold our core values
- Own your truck and tools
- Effectively manage your field crew
- Maintain all necessary licenses and insurance certificates
- Commit to delivering high-quality work and exceptional service
- Be punctual, with a focus on thorough preparation and cleanup
- Communicate consistently and clearly with customers and field superintendents about job progress
- Provide outstanding customer service at every step
