Starting in 1976 as a family-owned business, M&M set out on the path toward changing and improving the roofing landscape. Since our days as a small yet ambitious contractor, the main goal was to provide high-quality services at affordable prices throughout the community. Our External Referral Bonus Program
M&M’s External Referral Bonus Program offers a one-time referral payment of $1,000 to persons unaffiliated with M&M Home Remodeling Services(‘M&M’), to help M&M attract, hire, and retain the very best talent. Effective February 3rd, 2021, referrals are valid for 6 months from the date of submittal, and the referral bonus will be paid even if a candidate is hired for another position within our organization within the 6-month time frame, as long as the candidate remains an employee of M&M 120 days after their hire date.
