Summary Description

Under the general direction of the Marketing Division Manager, the Marketing Event Coordinator, develops and implements marketing and event plans and programs.

 

Job Specific

  • Ensure company events lead generation goals are achieved
  • Hire, train and supervise Marketing Ambassador staff
  • Manage coordination and execution of events and other outreach opportunities
  • Scheduling of Marketing Ambassador staff weekly
  • Develop and implement all field marketing projects
  • Develop, document and implement training programs
  • Track event leads against goals
  • Hold meetings / training with Marketing Ambassador staff as group and 1:1
  • Lead by example by generating leads at events
  • Prepare and maintain a calendar of events

 

Job Standards

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years marketing or management experience
