Summary Description

Under the general direction of the Outbound Marketing Lead, develops and implements marketing and event plans and programs.


Job Specific

  • Ensure company events lead generation goals are achieved
  • Manage coordination and execution of events and other outreach opportunities
  • Develop and implement all field marketing projects
  • Attend training programs
  • Track event leads against goals
  • Lead by example by generating leads at events
  • Prepare and maintain a calendar of events


Job Standards

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Complete Culture Index Survey
