M&M Home Remodeling Services is currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up with customers who have met with a Sales Consultant previously as well as generate new leads. The Inside Sales Representative will report to our Director of Sales and work closely with our team of Sales Consultants.

Job Duties:

– Study and learn the company, its culture, brand, position within the industry, and product offerings during the first two weeks. (Initial sales school)

-Practice product presentations daily until achieving mastery (in-person and over video call)

-Learn the competitors’ products and stay current on the market

-Attend ongoing training until proficient at every product offered by M&M

-Obtain working knowledge of consumer finance and communicate that effectively over the phone / video call -Master the M&M Peace of Mind Sales Process and reinforce our value proposition to potential customers over the phone / on a video call

-Prospect, network, and self-generate new leads

-Demonstrate a positive demeanor on every phone call made to customers and potential customers

-Listen attentively and effectively assess situations over phone and video calls

-Achieve or exceed revenue goals – monthly, quarterly, and annually

-Accountable for personal sales metrics and efficiencies

-Assist the Outside Sales dept. by following up on their leads daily – documenting calls, recording notes, etc

-Close deals over the phone using Sales Enablement Tools and Talk Tracks provided for you

-Work individually and with leadership to identify personal areas of opportunity

-Create and execute plans to improve where necessary

-Follow up and follow through with customers to maintain the highest levels of customer service -Enhance the company culture and live out our DIGGE values daily

-Ability to work Saturdays
-Basic iPad Skills
-Familiarity with CRM
-Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Compensation:
$60,000 base salary, $100,000 OTE
