If this sounds like you, we would like to speak with you regarding the Customer Service Representative role. We have several openings for Customer Service Representatives to support our team in Crete, IL at our headquarters as well as our Arlington Heights, IL location . These positions are open due to growth and expansion. This person would handle phone calls from customers looking to schedule appointments with our sales team, enter data into our proprietary CRM, and communicate with various internal team members as well as external customers and vendors. This role reports directly to our Call Center Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate team members.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering peace of mind and support.
  • Call customers to inform them about upcoming appointments as well as any new services, promotions, or events.
  • Contact past customers to gain information regarding reviews or rescheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with other customer service and call center professionals to improve customer service.
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.
